表面活性剂的物化性能对废纸脱墨效率的影响

摘　　要：表面活性剂在废纸浮选脱墨中,具有降低油墨表面张力、润湿、分散、渗透、乳化以及去除油墨等性能。影响表面活性剂性能的主要因素有表面张力、接触角、HLB值以及粘附功等,它们对油墨的润湿、渗透起着很大的作用,本文从表面活性剂的这些物化性能出发,研究各性能之间的关系,以及它们对废纸脱墨效率的影响,从而得到纸张白度最佳时的各性能指标。Surfactant plays an important role in flotation deinking process of waste paper by reducing the ink surface tension, wetting and dispersing ink, penetration, emulsification and removing ink, etc. The main influence factors of surfactant performance are surface tension, contact angle, HLB value and adhesion reactive, which play a big role in wetting and penetration of ink. In the present work, the relationship among these physichemical properties of surfactant and whose influence to the deinking efficiency of waste paper was researched. At last, the performance index will be got when the brightness of paper was best.
