摘 要:铁碳微电解是一种以废制废的环保型废水处理技术,作为废水生化前的预处理得到广泛应用。本研究采用铁碳微电解工艺处理制浆中段废水,研究其主要影响因素,确定处理制浆中段废水的最佳处理条件。实验结果表明,曝气量6L·min-1,pH4,铁碳比4:1,反应时间30min时,达到较好的处理效果,COD和色度去除率分别为60%和80%以上。紫外分光分析表明微电解的预处理可以去除大部分的木素基团。Micro-electrolysis is an environment-friendly technology of wastewater treatment and has significance of "using waste to treat waste". In this paper effect of factors on treatment of pulping medium wastewater by micro-electrolysis was studied, and the optimum conditions were determined. The results showed that when the aeration amount was 6L·min^-1, pH=4, Fe/C=4, and the reaction time was 30min, the COD and color removal rate was more than 60% and 80%, respectively. The same result was observed from UV spectrum, which indicated that most chromophoric groups of the lignin were removed by micro-electrolysis technology.
