摘 要:给大鼠腹腔注射氯化汞溶液(0.5μmo1Hg/kg体重),并同时经口投与0,1mmol/kg的DMPS,每天一次,连续5天;或给大鼠腹腔注射氯化汞溶液(2.0μmolHg/kg体重),每天一次,连续5天后再经口投与3次0.2mmol/kg的DMPS,观察口服DMPS对尿汞和肝肾汞含量以及尿ALP和尿NAG酶活性的影响。实验结果显示口服DMPS能够促进染汞大鼠的尿汞排泄,降低肝脏、肾皮质的汞含量,减少汞的体负荷。但染汞同时经口投与DMPS,可能会促进汞的肠道再吸收,并引起一过性肝汞含量增高。实验结果未显示DMPS对染汞大鼠的尿酶活性有明显影响,需进一步深入研究。Rats were given an ip injection of 0. 5 (mol Hg/kg body weight as mercuric chlorideand an oral gavage of 0. 1 mmol DMPS/kg per day for five days. After giving an ip injection of 2. 0(mol Hg/kg body weight as mercuric chloride per day for five days, rats received an oral gavage of0.2 mmol DMPS/kg per day for three days. The effects of DMPS administered orally on urinarymercury excretion, mercury concentrations in liver and kidney, and activities of urinary ALP andNAG enzymes were determined. The results showed that oral DMPS could increase the excretion ofurinary mercury, decrease the mercury concentrations in liver and renal cortex, and reduce the bodyload of mercury. However, when mercury and DMPS were administered at the same time, DMPScould promote the re-absorption of mercury via intestinal track and increase the mercury concentrationin liver temporarily. The results showed that DMPS did not result in changes of activities of urinaryenzymes significantly and this may well be worthy of further investigstion.
