摘　　要：研究通过荧光定量PCR方法对不同蛋白质营养水平下宁乡猪和杜长大猪大脑、小脑、背肌、皮脂、回肠、肝和肾7个组织中的LDLR和SCD基因的表达进行检测,结果表明:①品种因素对LDLR基因在回肠和肝中的表达有显著影响,DLY猪中的表达量显著高于在宁乡猪中;日粮因素对LDLR在回肠中的表达影响显著。②品种因素和日粮因素对SCD基因的表达都没有显著影响。This study examined the mRNA expression of SCD and LRDR genes in cerebrum, cerebellum, loin, sebum, ileum, liver and kidney 7 tissues of Ningxiang and DLY pigs under diets of different protein levels with method of real-time PCR. Results showed that： （1） Breeds had significant effect on LDLR gene expression in ileum and liver, its expression in DLY pigs was higher than in Ningxiang pigs; Dietary protein level had significant effect on LDLR gene expression in ileum. （2） Breeds and dietary faetors had no effect on expression of SCD gene.
