摘 要:以TPU为基体,纳米氢氧化铝(ATH)作为主要改性剂,采用溶液-凝胶法制备ATH/聚醚分散体系,原位聚合法制备TPU/ATH纳米复合材料,并对复合材料的热性能进行分析。DSC分析表明,纳米ATH的添加没有改变TPU微相分离结构,但使TPU软段的玻璃化温度和硬段的分解温度有所提高,说明纳米ATH既存在于聚氨酯大分子软段区又存在于硬段区;TGA-DTA分析表明,纳米ATH改性后的TPU耐热性有所提高,分解温程拓宽约20℃。This research took TPU as a matrix and nano-ATH as a main modifier.The dispersion system of ATH polyether was prepared by means of the sol-gel method.TPU/ATH nano-composite materials were prepared through the process of in-situ polymerization,and its thermal analysis was taken.The result indicated that,(1) DSC data showed the addition of nano-ATH to composites did not changed the phase microstructure of TPU,but Tg of soft segment and Tm of hard segment in TPU were enhanced.The fact showed that nano-ATH consisted in both soft segment section and hard segment section in TPU.(2) TGA-DTA analysis showed that heat-resisting performance of composites was evidently improved,and decomposition temperature scope was expanded about 20 ℃.
