摘　　要：近十几年，等离子体与催化剂的联系越来越紧密，本文总结了等离子体用于制备催化剂的一些研究进展，包括等离子体反应器的结构，在催化燃烧、光催化、温室气体转化等领域的应用，并且阐述了等离子体对催化剂活性增强的作用机理，最后指出了在利用等离子体制备催化剂过程中需要注意的问题。The combination of plasma and catalysis was extensively studied in decades. The progress in plasma application for catalysts preparation, including the structure of plasma reactor, the utilization in catalytic combustion, photo-catalysis, conversion of greenhouse gas and et al, was introduced in this paper. The effect of plasma modification on catalysts was also discussed. Finally the author indicated some necessary points during the application of plasma in catalysts preparation.
