摘 要:原产地标记是表明产品的生产地、出生地、出土地或生产、加工、制造地的标志,其中又包括原产国标记和地理标志两类标记。原产地标记的使用对消费者权益、企业利益以及国家经济贸易利益都产生着十分重要的影响。欧美日等发达国家对此已有较为先进成熟的立法,我国对原产地标记的理解还不够清晰,对其管理还存在职责不清与规则缺失等问题。本文旨在对我国原产地标记管理情况的分析基础上提出具体可行的决策建议。Origin marks are used to indicate where a product is produced, bored, obtained or manufactured. Origin marks have important effects on the interests of consumers, merchants as well as countries. In the past several years, governments and academies have paid increasing attention to the issue of origin marks internationally. China always carries out huge amounts of international trade among the world, while the management system of origin marks in China is not as perfect as that in developed countries, such as the U.S., Japan and EU. Under this background, the paper is aiming to propose a set of feasible and specific measures in order to promote the improvement of origin marks management system.
