摘　　要：通过铁水预脱硫工艺优化,转炉运用新型造渣模型,出钢采用新型高效固硫剂,精炼运用智能吹氩模型,有效控制了钢水中的硫含量,实现了全工序无间隙高效脱硫,形成了完善的高效深脱硫技术。By optimizing the process of hot metal pre - desulfurization, introducing the new slag forming model in BOF, applying new high efficient sulfur fixation agent in the process of tapping , and using a smart argon blowing model in the LF, sulfur content of the molten steel is effectively controlled, high efficient continuous desulfurization in the whole smelting process is realized, and perfect high efficient deep desulfurization technique is thus formed.
