摘　　要：采用金相、电子探针等手段,对Q345C探伤不合的原因进行了分析。结果表明:中心偏析、内部裂纹和夹杂物是造成探伤不合的主要原因。通过采取针对性的冶炼及轧制工艺改进措施,有效提高了探伤合格率。The article briefly analyses the factors of disqualification in flaw detection of Q345C steel plate by means of metallographic examination and electron microprobe. The results show that the center segregation, internal crack and inclusions are the major causes of disqualification in flaw detection. The qualification rate of flaw detection is effectively improved by taking improvement measures of melting and rolling process.
