摘  要:液体摩擦轴承在使用过程中,因多种因素造成润滑不充分,引起支承辊辊颈与轴颈套筒产生干摩擦,致使支承辊辊颈烧损,形成多处碳黑区。安钢第二轧钢厂采用电火花沉积/堆焊技术,成功修复了严重烧损的辊颈,节约了生产成本,缓解了支承辊紧张的局面。In the process of using fluid friction bearing, insutfficient lubrication occurs due to various factors, causing dry friction between the journal and the sleeve of backup roll, which subsequently results in burning damage of backup roll journal, with many carbon black areas formed. Adopting the electro spark deposition/build - up welding technology, the Second .Rolling Mill of Angang successfully repairs one backup roll with serious burning damage on the journal, which not only reduces the production cost, but also eases the shortage of backup roll.
