野玫瑰根对硫喷妥钠麻醉的小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群改变的影响

摘　　要：目的：以正常小鼠及硫喷妥钠麻醉后小鼠（简称硫麻）为对照，观察野玫瑰根醇提波及多糖成份对正常小鼠及流麻后小鼠T细胞亚群影响。方法：T细胞亚群测定应用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光技术，由流式细胞仪测定。结果：硫麻组较正常对照组CD4细胞、CD4／CD8比值下降，CD8细胞升高；服醇提液和多糖成份正常小鼠和服醇提液后麻醉级各指标无显著改变；服多糖后麻醉组CD4细胞、CD4／CD8比值下降；服醇提液麻醉级较硫麻对照组CD4细胞升高。结论：野玫瑰根醇提液可减轻硫麻引起的免疫功能抑制。Objective: To observe the change in T lymphocyte subsets in normal mice and the groups with thiopentane anesthesia (TA), both of them were given the composition of wild rose root extrated by alcohol (WRRP). The contras eroup was composed of normal mice and TA mice. Method: The quantity of T (WRRAEC) or polysaccharides composition of wi1d rose root lymphocyte subsets was measured by flow cytometer and monocional antibodies and immunofluo-rescence technique. Results: 1. The CD4 cell and the CD4/CD8 ratio were decreased in the TA mice compared with normal mice, while the CD8 cell inoreased. 2. There was no obvious change in the quantity of CD4 and CD8 cell, both in normal groups with WRRAEC or WRRP and the TA mice used WRRAEC. 3. The CD4 cell and the CD4/CD8 ratio decreased in the groups with WRRP after TA. 4.After TA the CD4 cell increased in the groups with WRRAEC compared with those without WRRAEC. Conclusion: The composition of WRRAEC could mitigate the immunal inhibition of TA.
