摘 要:采用对苯二甲酸(TPA)和乙二醇(EG)为原料,以自制的乙二醇铝(Al-EG)为催化剂,经酯化、缩聚反应制得聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。在n(EG):n(TPA)=1.2、Al-EG0.1g、TPA180g、酯化温度260℃、缩聚温度280℃的条件下,以Al-EG为催化剂时所得PET的特性黏数为0.88 dL/g。与醋酸锑和乙二醇锑催化剂相比,Al-EG的催化活性较高且毒性较低。用FTIR和NMR技术表征了Al-EG和PET的结构,还探讨了其他铝系催化剂对反应的影响。实验结果表明,Al-EG是真正起催化活性的物质,Al-EG的催化活性优于其他铝系催化剂。Poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) was synthesized from purified terephthalic acid (TPA) and ethylene glycol (EG) through esterification and polycondensation with the self-made ethylene glycol aluminum(A1-EG) as the catalyst. The PET with intrinsic viscosity 0.88 dL/g can be obtained under the conditions of n (EG) : n (TPA) 1.2, Al-EG as the catalyst 0. 1 g, TPA 180 g, esterification at 260 ℃ and polycondensation at 280 ℃. The catalytic activity of Al-EG was higher than that of antimony acetate and its toxicity was lower than those of antimony acetate and ethylene glycol antimony. The Al-EG and the PET were characterized by means of FTIR and NMR. The other aluminum compounds were used as catalyst in the PET synthesis also. The results showed that the catalytic activity of Al-EG was higher than the other aluminum compounds.
