摘　　要：能稳定分泌抗鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（ＩＢＶ）单抗的杂交瘤细胞，直接由方瓶接种入已改装过的新型５Ｌ细胞反应器，接种细胞浓度不少于３２×１０８个／Ｌ，其中８０％以上的细胞滞留在聚脂载体内，杂交瘤细胞在ｐＨ７１０、溶解氧５５％、５５～６０ｒ／ｍｉｎ、３７℃的条件下生长良好；在保持反应器内的葡萄糖浓度不低于１０ｇ／Ｌ的情况下，平均每天可生产单抗３升左右，抗体浓度可达８４μｇ／ｍｌ，培养３８ｄ，共收获抗体５１２ｍｇ。Hybridoma cells,stably secreting McAb to IBV,were directly inoculated into re equipped new type of 5L Celligen with an inoculum of cell density more than 3 2×10 8/L and with 80% of cells stayed in the polyester carriers The hybridoma cells grew well at pH7 10,DO 55%,55 60 r/min and temperature on 37℃ The average daily yields of McAb approached up to 3 liters under a stable condition with the glucose concentration in Celligen not less than 1 0g/L The McAb concentration was 84μg/ml and the cultivation cycle was 38 days The total yields of antibody was 512mg
