摘　　要：分析高校图书馆引入志愿者参与图书馆管理的意义及作用,探讨对志愿者管理的方法,提出了激励大学生志愿者服务的措施。Both of the libraries and the student volunteers can benefit from the activity that university student volunteers serve as librarians in academic libraries.Measures of management that the libraries should take to keep the activity go well are put forward.
