摘　　要：本文阐述了优秀文献采访人员所应具备的"四识",即优良的德识、扎实的学识、精深的才识、广博的见识;并对采访人员日常工作中应做好的查功、访功、考功、省功等四项基本功进行了探讨。This article expounds the four qualities that an excellent acquisitioning librarian should possess,such as the fine morality,the solid knowledge,the profound scholarship,the extensive horizon,and explores the four basic skills on looking over various documents,inquiring readers,investigating book market,introspection that an acquisitioning librarian should master in routine duties.
