摘　　要：通过对云南某磷矿擦洗尾矿的粒度组成分析和试验研究,提出了增设二次分级脱泥作业来提高现场磷矿石擦洗工艺回收率的措施。增设二次分级脱泥作业可日产粉精矿(P2O5品位>25%)247.14t,可获得纯利润5475229元。Through tests and studies on the granularity composition of erub tailings in a phosphate mine, the measure of second grade desliming work was put forward to increase the recovery rate of phosphate scrubbing process. With this measure, daily yield of powder concentrates, whose P205 is above 25%, reaches 247. 14t, bring net profit of RMB 5 475 229.
