摘　　要：在数字电路实验中,大量使用一些基本系列的数字集成芯片,芯片的好坏和型号需要检测。市场上工程应用型测试仪价格较贵,不能测试实验室中很多数字芯片,且非中文界面显示。综合了现有的各类测试仪的优缺点,采用STC89C516RD+单片机和中文LCD设计了简易数字芯片测试仪系统,能够实现对数字电子技术实验中经常使用的逻辑芯片的好坏判别和型号判别,价格便宜,又能实现中文界面的交互。In digital circuit experiments, basic series of digital integrated circuits chips are extensively used. Quality and type of chips should be tested before use. Engineering-specific testers in the market are expensive and can＇t test many digital chips in laboratory. Integrating advantages and disadvantages of various existing types of testers and adopting STC89C516RD ＋ SCM and Chinese LCD display, the au- thors designed a simple digital tester system, which could identify the quality and type of logic chips com- monly used in digital electronic technology experiments. Moreover, it is cheap and can achieve the inter- action of Chinese language interface.
