摘　　要：本文对测绘信息管理系统实现的关键技术进行了全面的分析,紧密结合当前的测绘信息化现状,设计了系统的逻辑架构、软件架构、网络架构、数据组织、平台结构和软硬件环境,并对系统的安全性控制进行了论述,实现了一个具有合理负载,维护方便的测绘信息管理系统解决方案;在需求分析的基础上,整合现有的测绘资源并进行了系统的设计与开发;本系统在北京市测绘院的投入运行,实现了跨部门的测绘信息共享,用户能够通过Internet和Intranet随时获取权限规定范围内的测绘信息,为信息化测绘的实现迈出了重要的一步。The paper analysed fully the critical technology of realization on management system of surveying and mapping information.-Connected to current state of surveying and mapping informationization,the study attempted to construct a WebGIS solution on Management System of Surveying and Mapping Information,including the system structure,data structure,data organization,platform structure and its software and hardware environment.-Then existing surveying resources were integrated based on an investigation of actual practice in projects application.-At the same time,the Management System of Surveying and Mapping Information was developed to distribute surveying information through network.-Now,the system has been applied in Beijing city successfully and working well.
