摘　　要：为了有效满足重庆市城乡建设管理对基础地理信息的强烈需求,重庆市地理信息中心完成了从数据标准制定、质量检查、数据建库、管理维护、发布服务等基础地理信息平台的建设工作。本文就在建设过程中用到的关键技术和系统建设思路提出探讨,提出一个基础地理信息平台建设和应用成功的新模式。To meet the demand of Chongqing urban and rural construction and management on basic geographical information,Chongqing Geomatics Center accomplished the building of basic geographical information platform that included data standard,data check,database,management and Web Service.This paper discussed the key technology and system building thoughts in the work.It offered a referencial mode of basic geographical information platform building.
