摘  要:用碱溶酸析法回收造纸污泥中的木质素,经与季铵盐接枝聚合,制备木质素季铵盐脱色絮凝剂。研究催化剂种类、反应物料配比、反应温度和时间等因素对产品脱色性能的影响,优化絮凝剂合成的工艺条件。确定取得最佳处理效果时的优化操作条件为:以10 mol·L^(-1)NaOH作催化剂,反应物配料比为m(木质素)∶m(季铵盐单体)=1∶2,于70℃下反应4 h。将产品用于酸性黑210、皮红和皮黄等多种模拟染料溶液的脱色处理中,结果表明,制备的木质素季铵盐絮凝剂对多种染料具有良好的脱色效果,当絮凝剂投加量为3.2g·L^(-1)、染料溶液pH值为2~3时,脱色率均达90%以上。In this paper, we introduce an innovative way to recycle the paper mill sludge (PMS). Lignin is known as the principal constituent of papermaking sludge. It is extracted from PMS with the method of alkali dissolution-acid reduction. Prior to the preparation of flocculant, the monomers of quaternary ammonium salt have been synthesized from trimethylamine and epichlorohydrine with reaction temperature at - 5 ℃, reaction time 1 h and the mole ratio of trimethylamine to epichlorohydrine is 1:0.7. A quaternary ammonium salt flocculation agent is prepared by grafting copolymerization of lignin with quaternary ammonium salt monomers. Various factors that may influence the reaction process and the floceulant properties such as catalysts types, the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and time have been investigated. The structures of the flocculation agents are determined by IR spectrum. The results of investigation indicate that the reaction time and the ratios of materials are the two main fac- tors influencing the product flocculation properties. We have identi- fied the optimum synthesis condition as follows: 10 molfL of NaOH as catalyst, the ratio of lignin to monomer (m/m) is 1:2, reaction temperature of 70 ℃ and reaction time of 4 h. Floceulation mecha- nism is discussed with the aid of IR spectrum. The product has been applied in the discoloring tests of several types of dyes in the simulated dye effluents such as black acid 210. The experiments of floceulation show that the product has a color removal capability of more than 90% when then dosage of flocculant agent is 3.2 g/L with pH value 2- 3. The described method could comprehensively offer an efficient solution to the PMS treatment and lignin utilization.
