摘  要:某化工厂水煤浆管线因误操作发生管道爆裂,造成人员死亡和财产损失。根据事故发生过程,从化学、物理角度分析了事故发生的机理。研究表明,该起水煤浆管道爆炸事故是物理爆炸和化学爆炸共同作用的结果,回流的高温合成气和化学爆炸产生的高温使水煤浆产生物理变化,从而诱导和加剧了物理爆炸。物理爆炸产生的超压是管道破裂的主要原因。This paper is aimed to present our discussion and analysis of the causes of the explosion of the coal-water slurry pipeline from the point of view of likely physical and chemical factors. The said coal-water slurry c, an be divided into two parts when it was erroneously discharged due to its valve breach. Actually, the explosion of TCGP coal-water slurry pipeline took place due to improper operation, which has resulted in human casualty and damage of properties. When it was exploded, one point was still supplied with the gasifier whereas the other was lost through the opening valve. Thus, the pipe pressure was quickly released, which in rum led to expansion of the pressure of gasifier and pipeline pressure higher than the coal-water slurry. Thus, the combined gas in the gasifier and the oxygen in the oxygen pipeline got blown through the Texaco nozzle. The concentra- tion of inflammable gas in the mixture is composed of the combined gas with oxygen between the maximum and the minimum explosive limits. When the gas mixture was pushed out of the nnzzle, the static stress generated by the friction led to the final chemical explosion. In comparison with the pipeline's critical burst pressure worked out on the basis of the data of material failure test, it was suggested that it wouldn't be possible for the chemical explosion pressure to the chem- ical explosion and the combined gas with the extremely high tempera- ture reached before the explosion is highly probable to gasify the water normally in the coal-water slurry, which may contribute to the change of water from liquid to gas. The volume of the pipeline thus expanded hundreds of times naturally compresses its small space and result in a sharp increase of the pressure. When it exceeded the critical pres- sure, the pipeline would burst out instantly. As to the water in the pipe, it was also supposed to get evaporated as a kind of saturated steam.
