摘　　要：目的调查急诊科护士的心理健康状况,探寻影响其心理健康状况的重要因素,并提出干预措施。方法 运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某市3所三级甲等医院的80名急诊科护士的心理健康状况进行调查评分,并将评分结果与国内常模相比较。结果本组护士SCL-90总分及躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性、恐怖及附加因子得分与国内常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);中专护士SCL-90中的强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、人际关系敏感、精神病性、恐怖、偏执和附加因子得分与大专及以上学历护士比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除躯体化、精神病性及附加因子外,不同职称护士SCL-90其他7个因子的得分经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士心理健康状况不佳,学历、职称是影响其心理健康状况的重要因素,应给予相应的心理支持及干预。Objective To investigate the psychological status of emergency nurses in three hospitals,and to seek the major influencing factors so as to provide the coping strategies.Methods An investigation was conducted in 80 emergency nurses in three hospitals on the psychological status using SCL-90.The scores were compared with the national norm.Results The total scores of this nursing team were higher than those of national norm in somatization,constraint,depression,anxiety,hostility,psychotic,fear and additional factor items of SCL-90 （P〈0.05）.The scores of the middle professional titles group were higher than those of the primary and the senior professional titles in constraint,depression,anxiety,hostility and sensitive interpersonal relationship,psychotic,fear,intolerance and additional factor（P〈0.05）.Except somatization,psychotic and additional factor,significant difference were observed in the scores of other 7 factors of SCL-90 in nurses with different professional titles （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The psychological status of emergency nurses is far from satisfaction and needs psychological support,Educational background,professional title are the major influencing factors of their psychological status.
