摘　　要：利用赌博机赌博案件的作案手段隐蔽、发现查处难度大、涉及人员多、社会危害性大,是群众反响强烈的难点问题。本文从分析现场取得百家乐1号赌博机的电子证据入手,通过电子数据检验鉴定,从而全面掌握涉案赌博机的非法所得情况。The crime clues of gambling with fruit machine casino are sheltered, and diffi cult to be investigated and punished. Meanwhile, such crimes usually are involved in many participants, do much harm to stability of society, and now are focus of the attention of the public. This paper now explores the feasibility of getting the clue of all illegal profits obtained from the fruit machine casinos in the case based on the analysis of digital evidence and clues derived from Baccarat No. 1 fruit machine casino.
