摘  要:】文中介绍一种新颖的单片机控制的混凝土自动配料机。该配料机首次采用电子负秤这一独特的计量原理,结构设计简单、合理,具有较高的性能价格比。配料机的高度、体积和重量不到市场上同类产品的1/2,配料速度比同类产品快1/3,配料误差小于±1%。该产品在提高我国混凝土施工技术水平,确保工程质量,节约水泥等方面具有重大意义。This paper describes a new kind of automatic concrete burden machine controlled by Single-Chip Microcomputer. The measuring theory of electronic negative-steelyard is first used in the automatic concrete burden machine and its structure is simple and rational. The burden machine has a high performance-to-price ratio. Its height, volume and weight are less than half of those of any other products of the same kind and Its burden speed is four thirds time as fast as that of them . The burden error of the machine is less than one percent. As a result, the product has great significance in improving construction techniques of concrete,guaranteeing quality of project and saving cement, etc.
