摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对维持性血液透析患者心理健康的影响。方法:选择维持性血液透析患者86例,随机分为心理护理组49例进行心理干预,常规护理组37例进行常规护理,入组当日与12周后采用HAMD量表和SF-36量表进行评分比较。结果:心理护理组的HAMD评分在实施心理护理12周后评分显著下降(P<0.01),SF-36评分升高(P<0.05),常规护理组变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心理护理对改善维持性血液透析患者的心理健康有益。Objective：To explore the effects of psychological nursing on psychologic health of patients with maintaining hemodialysis.Methods：The selected eighty-six patients with maintaining hemodialysis were divided into two groups,forty-nine patients treated with psychological nursing,thirty-seven patients treated with normal nursing of hemodialysis.The grade of HAMD and SF-36 were compared at the beginning and after 12 weeks.Results：The grade of HAMD in the psychological group decreased（P0.01） and SF-36 increased （P0.05） significantly.Conclusion：Psychological nursing may do good to the psychological health of patients with maintaining hemodialysis.
