摘　　要：通过对锥罩零件加工工艺的分析,介绍了各种加工工艺的特点,根据旋压工艺特点,介绍了旋压毛坯的设计,并详细介绍了旋轮和芯模的设计方法。同时对旋压生产过程中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,保证了该零件旋压加工的顺利进行。Through the taper cover parts processing technology,and introduced the characteristics of various process,according to the technological characteristics of spinning introduced the design of spinning semifinished product and the core module.According to the problems of spining process,some measures are put forward to ensure the spinning process of the part smoothly.
