摘　　要：结合夹头垫片的特点,通过工艺分析、确定了工艺方案、详细介绍了排样设计、工艺计算、模具结构设计等内容,特别是对零件当中的小孔的冲裁提出了具体的解决方案。该模具已经交付客户使用,产品符合设计要求,质量稳定,使用方便,生产效率提高5倍以上。Based on the characteristics of chuck gaskets parts,through the analysis of the technology and determine the process,the layout design,craft calculation,the die structure design were introduced in detail,especially for the little hole punching of parts,puts forward concrete solutions.The die has been delivered to the clients,products comply with the design requirements,stable quality,use convenient,more than five times to improve production efficiency.
