摘　　要：通过对多工位冷镦机二序凸模的失效分析,正确选材,结合理论知识,在大量实验的基础上获得了低温淬火工艺,基本解决了该模具的寿命问题。Through failure analysis of the second punch of cold header,correct selection and combination of theoretical knowledge from books,obtained low-temperature quenching,On the base of a number of experiments,find the way of resolution about the die life.
