摘 要:为了解决皮革制品(皮鞋、皮衣、皮箱、皮包、皮手套等)在运输和仓储过程中的长霉问题,采用2种新型抗菌防霉剂SCG-I和SCG-II,分别制备出能用于革制品包装的防霉包装纸、无纺布防霉包装袋和防霉片,并分别用抑菌圈法和挥发性防霉测试法检测其防霉性能,结果表明:3种防霉产品对霉菌都表现出良好的抑制效果,尤其是曲霉和青霉,完全有潜力应用于运输和仓储过程中的革制品防霉。In order to inhibit the growth of moulds on leather goods (leather shoes, leather garment, leather boxes, leather bags, leather gloves, etc. ) during transportation and storage, two kinds of new antimicrobial agents - SCG - I and SCG - II - were used to prepare mildewproof packaging paper, mildewproof packaging bags of non - woven fabrics and mildewproof sheets, respectively. And their mildewproof properties were tested by the inhibition zone method and volatilization mildewproof testing method. Results show that the prepared mildewproof products has good inhibitive effect against the tested moulds, especially the species of Aspergillus and Penicillium, and has big potential using in the mildew proofing of leather goods during transportation and storage.
