摘　　要：用相关火灾统计数据证明,预防城市火灾、预防城市特大火灾是防火工作的重点,预防群死群伤恶性火灾事故是防火工作的重中之重。以典型群死群伤恶性火灾案例为基础总结防控经验,论述防群死群伤火灾的三大防控要点。It is proved by relative fire accident data that the key points of fire fighting is the prevention of urban fire accidents and large urban fire,and the key of that is the prevention of mass sacualties fire event.Based on the typical cases of mass sacualties fire event,the experiences of fire prevention and controlling were concluded,and 3 outlines of mass sacualties fire events prevention and controlling were discussed.
