摘　　要：IEC 61850是下一代变电站的无缝通信标准。为了IEC 61850具体应用中设备开发的目的,对IEC 61850的技术特点进行了总结,首次提出IEC 61850标准是对异构信息进行集成的实质内涵;应用XML技术具体对IEC 61850中变电站的配置进行了研究和设计,包括系统配置文件的结构、配置的流程,得到了理想的IEC 61850通信程序模型;针对应用IEC61850标准电力网络通信的安全问题提出了建议和策略。该研究为开发符合IEC 61850标准的变电站通信系统提供了依据。IEC 61850 is the seamless communication standard of substation automation system（SAS） in next generation.The technical characteristics of IEC 61850 are summarized in this paper for the purpose of the equipment development in the application of IEC 61850.It is pointed out that IEC 61850 is the intension of the integration of heterogeneous information.The substation configuration（including the structure of configuration file and the flow path of configuration） and the application of XML technology in IEC 61850 are analyzed.The ideal communication model is obtained.The security questions to the substation communication network are discussed.The research provides a foundation for the design of SAS which is coincident with IEC 61850.
