摘  要:针对我国内河航运船闸管理信息化水平不高的现状,设计了一种非接触式船闸监控系统,该系统可实现基于无线传感器网络的船闸启闭控制及水情监测,以及基于视觉感知的船舶吨位测量、船舶过闸收费等功能。为了实现船舶过闸的快速、准确收费,提出一种基于Hu不变矩的船体特征提取和基于多分类支持向量基的船体识别算法。实验结果表明,该算法识别精度较高,可以实现船舶过闸的准确收费。In the light of the current status that the informatization level of inland navigation ship-lock management is not high, a non-contact ship-lock control system is designed, which can realize the ship-lock open/close control and hydrological monitoring with wireless sensor networks, ship tonnage measurement, and lockage charging based on visual perception. To make the lockage of ships fast and lockage charging accurate, a novel ship recognition algorithm based on Hu invariant mo- ments for ship feature extraction and support vector basis for multi-class classification is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the high-accuracy identification and implement the accurate lockage charging.
