子宫肌瘤切除术后子宫形态的超声影像学改变

摘　　要：目的观察肌瘤切除术后子宫声像图及血流信号的变化。方法我院行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者43例,对其中38例患者分别于术前及术后7 d、1个月、3个月、6个月进行超声检查,观察子宫肌壁回声及血流信号的变化并记录图像。结果术前子宫体积平均为(155.4±68.5)cm^3,术后6个月内所有患者子宫体积呈进行性缩小趋势:术后7d子宫体积平均为(75.3±25.8)cm^3,缩小至术前的48.5%,术后1个月子宫体积平均为(56.8±28.9)cm^3,缩小至术前的36.6%。13例(34.2%)的患者术后肌壁的相应部位出现了强弱不等的瘢痕回声,并在术后6个月特别是1个月内显著缩小;其他体积较小的肌壁间肌瘤、向外突出明显的浆膜下肌瘤和黏膜下肌瘤患者,术后子宫形态恢复正常,瘢痕回声不明显。结论子宫肌瘤切除术后,所有患者子宫形态明显改善,体积明显缩小,部分患者留有强弱不等的瘢痕回声。Objective To observe the changes of uterine sonogram and blood signals after myomectomy. Methods Forty - three patients underwent myomectomy, 38 cases of them were examined by uhrasonography before myomectomy, 7 d, 1 month,3 mouths, and 6 months after operation, then the changes of uterine echo and blood signals were observed, and the images were recorded. Results The mean volume of uterus was （ 155.4 ± 68.5 ） cm3 before myomectomy. During 6 months after operation, the uterus volume in all patients was decreased, at 7 d and 1 month after operation, the mean volume of uterus was （ 75.3 ±25.8 ） cm3 and （56.8 ± 28.9） cm3, respectively （ about 48.5 % and 36.6% to that before operation）. Different degree of scar echo appeared in 13 patients （34.2%）. The diameter of the scars was decreased remarkably during 6 months after myomectomy, especially 1 month after operation. Conclusion The appearance and volume of uterus were modified obviously after myomectomy. Different degree of scar echo could be found in some patients.
