摘　　要：目的观察彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮经肝胆道置管引流术的成功率、安全性,以及肝功能改善的情况。方法对151例梗阻性黄疸患者,在超声引导下经皮经肝胆道置管引流,观察胆汁引流情况,有无并发症,以及胆红素降低情况。结果 144例成功置管,失败7例;141例术后引流通畅,胆红素明显降低,3例引流不通畅;术中和术后均未出现大出血、胆汁性腹膜炎、胆管门静脉瘘等并发症。结论超声引导下经皮经肝胆道置管引流术方法安全、准确,对改善梗阻性黄疸患者的肝肾功能,改善全身状况有积极的作用。Objective To observe the successful rate, security and improvement of hepatic function with precutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage under color Doppler ultrasound guidance. Methods The precutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage was performed on 151 patients with obstructive jaundice under ultrasound guidance. The condition of biliary drainage, complications and bilirubin reduction were observed. Results Catheter was put suecessfully in 144 cases, and 7 cases were failed. There were 141 cases unobstructed after drainage, brilirubin was decreased obviously, and 3 cases of drainage were obstructed. No hemolThoea, bile peritonitis, biliary tract - portal vein fistula and any other complications were found in patients. Conclusion Precutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage under ultrasound guidance is a safe and effective method to improve the liver and kidney function in patients with obstructive jaundice, and it has important value in improving their nutritional status and the function of immune system of their bodies.
