功能性便秘儿童的个性分析

摘　　要：目的进一步了解功能性便秘儿童的个性特征。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(少年)对45例功能性便秘患儿及30例对照组进行对照研究。结果观察组E量表均分低于对照组,经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组N量表均分高于对照组,经统计学处理差异亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组P、L量表相比,经统计学分析,差异无显著性。功能性便秘儿童的个性特征为内向及不稳定型。结论功能性便秘儿童内向个性及不稳定个性发生几率明显高于性格外向及稳定个性者,对功能性便秘儿童应给予心理干预。Objective To further analyse personality features of children with functional constipation. Methods A control study was carried out between 45 children with functional constipation（FC group）and 30 nomal children（control group） by using Eysenck personality questionnaire（junior）.Results The FC group has a lower average score in E-scale （P 〈0.05） ,a higher one in N-scale （P 〈0.05） ,than the control group,with no significant difference was seen in P or L scale in both groups （P 〉0.05 ） .Conclusion Our data suggested that children（FC group） with introvert,unstable personality are more susceptible with emotional disorders than those with extrovert,stable personality, children with functional constipation should thus be administered.
