摘  要:以Ti粉、C粉、WC和Ni60A粉末为原料,利用氩弧熔覆技术在Q235钢基材表面成功制备出Ni基增强相复合涂层,应用OM,SEM,XRD对复合涂层的显微组织和物相进行了分析.结果表明,复合涂层物相由TiC和(Ti,W)C颗粒,γ-Ni奥氏体枝晶和枝晶间的M23C6共晶组织组成,TiC颗粒相细小弥散的分布在基体上,颗粒尺寸大约1.5μm.显微硬度和耐磨性测试结果表明,涂层的显微硬度较基体Q235钢提高4倍以上;常温干滑动磨损条件下,复合涂层具有优异的耐磨性.Ni-based composite coating reinforced with the pre-alloyed powder of Ni60A,WC,Ti and C was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by means of argon arc cladding technique.The microstructure was investigated by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the main phases of coating are TiC,(Ti,W)C,γ-Ni dendrite structure and M23C6 eutectic structure.The grain of TiC is fine,which size is about 1.5 μm,and distributes uniformly.The test results of micro-hardness and wear resistance show that the micro-hardness is improved about 4 times compared with that of the Q235 steel.The argon arc cladding composite coating has high hardness and excellent wear resistance under dry sliding wear test conditions.
