摘　　要：本文介绍了可基于ＩＣ 卡收费的新型电脑加油机的系统组成和设计，阐述了串行通讯和软件的设计，此新型加油机可提高加油站的收费效率和管理水平，实现数据统计的计算机化。The system structure and design of new type microcomputer refueling machine charging in IC card is introduced in this paper.Also describes its series communication and system software.It will promote charging efficiency and administration standard of gas station.The new refueling machine has potential and wide prospect of practice.
