摘 要:运用空间啮合理论建立圆柱齿超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合方程,给出行星轮和内齿圈压力角的计算公式,并分析各压力角的影响因素。采用4因素3水平的正交表,进行方案设计,得到机构压力角的主要影响因素和变化规律。行星轮和内齿圈压力角随行星轮转角改变而改变,行星轮压力角受行星轮半径的影响最大,而内齿圈压力角则受传动比的影响最大,滚子半径对两压力角影响均为最小。行星轮压力角和超环面内齿圈压力角的最大值一般发生在啮合过程的中点。选择合理的参数就可以使机构的压力角达到理想水平,从而使机构的效率达到最大。为完善超环面行星蜗杆传动的设计与制造提供理论依据。The meshing equation of the toroidal drive with cylindrical tooth is established by using space meshing theory,and the calculation formulas of pressure angle of the planet worm gear and the toroidal internal gear are also given,and the major influencing factors are analyzed and forecasted. The project is carried out by adopting the orthogonal experiment table including four row influencing factors and three column influencing factors,the influencing factors and the changing law of the mechanism pressure angle are obtained. The pressure angles of the planet worm gear and the toroidal internal gear are changed by the planet worm gear rotation. The pressure angle of the planet worm gear is sensitive to its radius and the pressure angle of the toroidal internal gear is sensitive to transmission ratio,and they both are least influenced by the radius of roller. The maximum value of the pressure angle is obtained at the middle point of the meshing process. The ideal pressure angle and maximum efficiency of toroidal drive are achieved by adopting reasonable parameters. The presented results provide the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of toroidal drive.
