摘  要:在涂层刀具的热传导分析中提出基于扩散层的热传导分析模型,综合运用Maxwll-Eucken1模型计算方法、Series model模型计算方法及多层材料的等效热导率计算方法得出涂层和扩散层的等效热导率计算公式,并计算涂层刀具的扩散层的等效热导率,在不考虑涂层和考虑刀具扩散层两种情况下用有限元仿真刀具前刀面的温度。结果表明,采用扩散层模型仿真的结果与实际测量的涂层刀具的温度更接近。运用此方法可以为切削加工中涂层刀具材料的选择和设计提供比较准确的理论依据。A novel structure model of diffusion layer of coated cutting tools is proposed. Equations of effective thermal conductivity for diffusion layer and equivalent layer are derived by using analytical methods of Maxwll-Eucken1 model,Series model and multilayer equivalent model. The value of the effective thermal conductivity of a specific coated cutting tool is calculated by using the new model. Temperature values of cutting tools with and without consideration of the diffusion layer are obtained by using finite element method. Results reveal that the calculated temperature with the new model is more accurate than the conventional one comparing with measured temperature. The new method can help the choice and design of coated tools with more accurate theoretical for manufacturing industries.
