摘　　要：论述了柴油机电控系统线束的设计与防护,根据柴油机电控系统工作环境的特殊性,结合线束材料的主要性能指标,提出了柴油机电控系统线束材料和组件的选取原则,指出了线束设计要点,介绍了线束优化布置及连接等在线束防护中的具体应用。Protection and design of wiring harness for electronic control system of diesel engine is introduced in this paper.Based on the particularity of diesel engine operational environment and the primary performance index of harness material,present the choice princi-ple of wiring harness material and components,point out the design point of harness and introduce the specific application of harness op-tim-al layout and connection ect in the protection of harness.
