摘　　要：由于土地征用补偿的依据和原则不同,各国土地征用补偿的做法也有差异。分析比较发达国家的土地征用补偿制度,借鉴他们在土地征用补偿方面的成功经验,有助于我国土地征用补偿制度的建立与完善。The land requisted compensation practices are different from each country because of the differences of land requisted compensation basis and principle.Analytic comparison of developed countries＇ land requisted compensation systems and learning theirs successful experiences are helpful to the establishment and perfect of our land requisted compensation system.
