皮炎平膏配合50%硫酸镁外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨化疗性静脉炎的防治措施。方法将26例发生化疗性静脉炎的肿瘤患者随机分为研究组13例和对照组13例。研究组采用皮炎平膏配合50%硫酸镁冷湿敷渗出部位,对照组采用50%硫酸镁冷湿敷渗出部位。结果研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮炎平膏配合50%硫酸镁冷湿敷渗出部位,止痛效果良好,可促进局部皮肤红肿、灼热症状及沿血管走向的条索状红肿消失,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the preventive measures of the phlebitis by chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods 26 patients who has tumors with chemotherapectic phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group included 13 cases and the treatment groups included 13 cases. The affected part of patients of treatment group were compressed by Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream and 50% Magnesium Sultate,while the affected part of patients of control group were only dressed by 50% Magnesium Sultate.Results The effective rate of the treatment group is superior to the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The way to cure the phlebitis by chemotherapeutic drugs by Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream and 50% Magnesium Sultate has curative effect on ache and inflammation.The way is worth being popularized in clinical otolaryngology.
