摘  要:目的观察妊娠期高血压疾病大鼠与正常妊娠大鼠下丘脑视上核(SON)、室旁核(PVN)内加压素(VP)免疫阳性神经元的分布。方法应用免疫组织化学染色技术对妊娠期高血压疾病大鼠VP分布的神经元进行研究,并与正常大鼠进行比较。结果两组孕鼠SON、PVN内VP免疫阳性神经元的分布与形态基本类似,经统计学处理,妊娠期高血压疾病组大鼠SON内VP阳性细胞数目较对照组多(P<0.05)。结论 VP在下丘脑SON和PVN内的血压神经内分泌调节活动中起着重要的介导作用,中枢VP的异常增加可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病相关。Objective To observe the distribution of vasopressin(VP) immunoreactive neurons in Supraoptic nucleus(SON) and Paraventricular nucleus(PVN) of the pregnancy-induced hypertension symptom rats and normal rats. Methods The morphology and distribution ofVP immtmoreactive neurons were observed respectively in SON and PVN of both rats and normal rats by using immunohistochemistry technique in the same sections. Results The morphology and distribution ofVP immunoreactive neurons were fundamental similarity in the SON and PVN. Results showed that the VP positive neurons were crowded with brown reactive granules in Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, while the granules were light brown in control group. The number of VP positive neurons in SON of Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy was much more than that of control group (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between two groups in PVN. Conclusion These results suggest that VP in brain may play an important role in modulating blood pressure of the hypothalamic neuroendocrine regulations, and may be related to the occurrence and development of pregnancyinduced hypertension.
