快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测定葡萄糖的比对

摘　　要：目的探讨快速血糖仪与罗氏MODULARPP全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的相关性及差异性,为临床提供参考。方法用快速血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪对130例患者的末梢血和静脉血浆进行血糖检测,测得的数据用SPSS10.0统计学软件进行分析。结果快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测得的血糖值分别为(11.92±4.82)mmol/L和(10.85±3.92)mmol/L,快速血糖仪测得值较全自动生化分析仪测得值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,二者呈正相关(r=0.977),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论掌握好快速血糖仪测定血糖的影响因素并定期与全自动生化分析仪比对以使结果有较高的准确性,为临床提供更准确的血糖检验结果。Objective To explore the difference and correlation between blood glucose meter and ROCHE MODULARPP autoanalyzer. Methods Capiillary blood glucose （CBG） were measured by blood glucose meter, and venous plasma glucose （VPG） were measured as well as by autoanatyzer..The results were measured by SPSS 10.0. Results The levels of Capillary blood glucose（11.92±4.82） was significantly higher than that of autoanalyzer（10.85±3.92）.Comparison study showed the correlation between those two methods was significant（r=0.977, P〈0.01））.
