采用综合措施预防髋部骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用综合措施预防髋部骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法 2002年1月～2009年10月140例骨折患者随机分为干预组和对照组各70例,对照组实施常规骨科治疗;干预组术前极治疗合并症,术中操作轻巧,防止大静脉的损伤,尽量避免输血缩短手术时间;术后指导床上肢体功能锻炼放,维持足够血容量,应用低分子右旋糖苷加复方丹参2静滴,极高危患者继服华发林+活血化淤中成药。结果干预组70例DVT发生率为2.85%(2/70),对照组发生率为10.0%(7/70),干预组DVT发生率低于对照组(x2=7.78P<0.05)。结论采用综合措施可以有效预防骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成。Objective To investigate the clinical effect.of comprehensive measures to prevent fractures observation of deep vein thrombosis.
