弹性髓内钉治疗大龄儿童尺骨骨折15例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察和分析了15例大龄儿童尺骨骨折采用弹性髓内钉内固定术后的疗效。方法对尺骨骨折采用切开或闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定。结果 2～4个月骨折全部愈合,3个月随访骨痂塑形良好。结论弹性髓内钉治疗尺骨骨折,其操作简单,费用低廉,符合骨折生物力学固定原理,疗效满意无并发症,具有传统治疗方法不能比拟的优点。Objective Observation and analysis of curative effect about intemal fixation with elastic stable intramedullary nails 15 cases of ulna fracture of older children. Methods Operative internal fixation with elastic stable intramedullary nails. Results All patients were healing up after 2- 4 months treatment, and 3 months＇s osteotylus observation was satisfied. Conclusion The method, being better than traditional ones, is an easier operation and lower in price. It fits to the biomechanical principle, and has a good curative effect without any complication.
