摘 要:针对目前重介质选煤系统中所用耐磨衬里的缺点,研制Cr7C3增强铁基耐磨板,利用埋弧堆焊方法在Q235B低碳钢板上制备铁基耐磨层,测试分析了耐磨层的组织形貌、成分、相组成及耐磨性。结果表明,熔敷层呈现显微杆状组织结构,并以垂直于堆焊层方向生长;含有Cr7C3和a-Fe两物相,其表层硬度可达56HRC。Cr7C3增强铁基耐磨板具有良好的耐磨耐冲击性,已成功运用在蒙西棋盘井选煤厂矸石管线的耐磨弯头中。Because the wear mediums nowadays used in the heavy-medium coal preparation system have some defects,we researched the Fe-based wear-resistant layer and made it successfully used in the wear elbow of the board well in the Mengxi Qipanjing Coal Preparation Plant.Using submerged arc welding to make the Fe-based wear layer on the low carbon steel,Q235,Then its morphology,composition,phase composition and wear resistant were tested respectively.The experimental results show that the cladding layer of the microscopic rod-shaped structure had two phases of Cr7C3 and a-Fe,and in the direction perpendicular to the growth of the surfacing layer.Its hardness could up to 56HRC,and has good wear resistance.Cr7C3 reinforced Fe-based wear layer has good impact resistance,can effectively extend the service life of equipments in the heavy medium coal preparation system.This study could provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the wear-resistant equipments.
