摘　　要：介绍了摩托车发动机曲轴锻造生产线设计、设备选型以及对工艺、模具设计研究。对该生产线的主要工艺技术作了分析说明，给出了工步图与成形模具图。Abstract This paper introduces a design procedure about production line of crankshaft forging on engine of motorcycle.The research works include technology analysis and defination of the line,equipment selection, and die design.The process flow diagram of crankshaft forging and the forming die diagram are also shown in the paper.
