高校贫困生资助体系中亟待解决的问题及优化设计方案

摘　　要：针对高校贫困生资助体系中亟待解决的问题,即奖助与勤资助资金比例不协调;奖助学金评定程序与评定结果相矛盾;奖助资金使用监管缺位等,提出了优化资助资金配置、公正程序与调控结果以及建立诚信档案制度等解决措施。Some problems exist in the present poor university student＇s subsidy system,such as discordant proportions of sponsorship,the contradiction between its assessment procedures and the evaluation results,omission of the sponsorship＇s application supervision.Aiming at the problems,the paper presents some solutions to optimize funds allocation,justice,result adjustment and the establishment of credit files.
