摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对科研院所图书情报人员的科研能力及其影响因素进行调研,以明确当前环境下其向科研型、学科研究型人员转型的能力。研究发现,这些图书情报人员的科研能力很低,日常工作、自身勤奋与努力、专业与知识结构、个人素质及能力、科研意识是影响其科研能力的五大内因,而导师水平、实践机会与平台、单位领导重视与支持、国家及地方政策、保障与激励机制是影响其科研能力的五大外因。最后针对调查结果提出了相应对策。The scientific its influence factors were inves research ability of library and information staff in scientific research institutions and tigated using questionnaires in order to show their ability to transform them into scientific research and subject research persons. The investigation demonstrated that their scientific research ability was rather poor, which was due to the following five major internal causes and five major external causes. The five ma- jor internal causes were their hard routine work, poor diligence, irrational subject and knowledge structure, incom- petent literacy and ability, and weak scientific research desire. The five major external causes included the aca- demic level of teachers, practice opportunity and platform, attention paid by and support of institutional leadership. Certain countermeasures were put forward.
